President Li Kouqing

   President of Shanghai National Accounting Institute;
   Director-general of the Asia-pacific Finance and Development Center

 

 

 

Mr. Li Kouqing is the Secretary of the CPC Committee and the President of Shanghai National Accounting Institute (SNAI) and Asia-Pacific Finance and Development Institute (AFDI). He is also a member of the Education Advisory Group of IFRS Foundation; Advisory specialist on Management Accounting of the Ministry of Finance of China; Executive Member of the Council of the Accounting Society of China and  Executive Member of the Council of China Association of Chief Financial Officers. He is an expert entitled to the special subsidy from the State Council.

 

Prior to joining SNAI in 2000, Li had been teaching in the Department of Economics and Trade, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (SUFE) since 1988. From 1998 to 2000, he was the Principal Coordinator of the Sino-US Joint MBA Program at SUFE.

 

Li earned his professorship in 2000. He received his Doctoral Degree in Business Administration from SUFE. From 1996 to 1997, he was a visiting scholar at the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird).

 

Vice President Liu Qin

 

 

 

Mr. Liu Qin is Professor and Vice President of Shanghai National Accounting Institute (SNAI) and Deputy Secretary of SNAI’s Party Committee.

 

Mr. Liu joined SNAI in 2000 at its inception. Before being appointed as Vice President of SNAI, he had been Director of Information Department, Director of Distance Education Department, and Assistant President of SNAI.

 

Prior to joining SNAI, he had worked at Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics (JUFE) as Head of the Teaching and Research Section of the Information Department, Deputy Dean of the Information Department, and Director of Center for Educational Technologies at JUFE.

 

Mr. Liu earned his professorship in computer science in 1997, and was awarded Pace-setter in Scientific Research among the institutions of higher learning in Jiangxi Province in 1998, and was regarded as a Pioneer in Academic Research by the Ministry of Finance in 1998.

 

He is a graduate of Southwest Jiaotong University with a M.Eng. in 1989 and Anhui Polytechnic University with a B.Eng. in 1983. From January to May 2007, he was a visiting scholar at W. P. Carey School of Business of Arizona State University.

 

Mr. Liu also holds some concurrent posts as Chairman of the Accounting Informationization Sub-Committee of the Accounting Society of China, Consultant of National Accounting Informationization Committee, Council Member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Council Member of China Institute of Internal Audit.

 

Vice  President Lu Wenbin

 

 

Mr. Lu Wenbin is Associate Professor and Vice President of Shanghai National Accounting Institute (SNAI).

 

Mr. Lu joined SNAI in September 2000. Before being appointed as the Assistant President of SNAI, he had been Section Chief, Deputy Director, Director of the EDP Department and Assistant President of SNAI.

 

He graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics with a Ph.D. in Accountancy in 2003 and a M.S. in Accountancy in 1999. From June to October 2002, he studied at the Department of Accountancy of City University of Hong Kong. From January to May 2004, he was a visiting scholar at W. P. Carey School of Business of Arizona State University.


Mr. Lu also holds concurrent post as Member of the Accounting Education Committee of the Accounting Society of China.

 

 

Assistant  President   Yi Hongxun

 

 

 

Mr.Yi Hongxun, the assistant to the president of Shanghai National Accounting Institute(SNAI), member of the Party committee of SNAI, director of logistics department was born in Henan province in 1968.


Mr.Yi is the CPC member, China’s certified public accountant ,certified public valuer as well as certified tax agent.


He graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in July, 1991 with degree of bachelor of economics. In December of 2007, he obtained the degree of master of professional accountancy from Chinese university of Honkong.

 

From 2001, Mr.Yi has been taking the positions of the director of marketing department, deputy director of SNAI President’s office, deputy director of department of administration and finance as well as director of logistics department.
